The best barber in Budapest with a very long distance to the runner-up! Haircut or razor shave, Gergö is the man. If you have searched for barber on google, you find quite a few barbers in Budapest - many more hip where you also get a beer and stuff like that. My humble opinion is if you want a good beer, find a pub. If you want a good haircut and shave, find the best barber. The latter is Budapest Borbély (Borbély meaning barber in Hungarian). Even if I compare to places like London, Istanbul, Milan, Athens with good barbers, the experience you get here is very high up on the value/experience-for-money. Big 5-star rec!

Gergő is one of the finest barbers of Budapest: I'm with him for over 5 years and he's always cut a clean shave to full precision and perfection. He listens to the customer, but is also not afraid to give his opinion. A major difference compared to your average barbershop around the corner is that Gergő can actually cut professionally well - the Italian way. Bonus: he speaks excellent English too.
